Bengaluru to assist in various research projects of the Corporation. The

Educational Qualifications:
Fixed Term Project Assistants ->
(1) M.Sc Post Graduate in Chemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology (OR)
(2) B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Refining.
Fixed Term Research Associates ->
(1) Ph.D Chemistry - Organic/Analytical (Spectroscopy /
Chromatography / Mass spectrometry) / Physical / Polymer Chemistry /
Heterogeneous Catalysis or Nano materials - (experience in synthesis of
catalysts, characterization and hydrocarbon conversion preferred.)
(2) Ph.D- Chemical Engineering - Separation processes (Adsorption/ Extraction/ Absorption) / Catalysis / Modelling & Simulation (Preferably CFD)/ Refining Processes.
(3) Ph.D Energy Studies- Solar Thermal / Bio mass pyrolysis / Energy storage (eg. Batteries)/ Fuel Cells
(4) Ph.D Bio Sciences - Biotechnology/ Microbiology / Molecular Biology / Genetics.
(5) M.Tech - Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Refining & Petrochemicals - (minimum 1 year post-M.Tech relevant work experience in Petroleum Refining or related areas preferably in Industry.
(6) M.Tech - Mechanical Engineering - Solar (CSP) / Energy Studies / Gasification / Biomass conversion - (minimum 1 year post-M.Tech work experience in relevant areas preferably in Industry.

R&D Professionals -> M.E / M.Tech / Ph.D in concerned engineering discipline.
Officer - HR -> Two year full time, Post graduate Degree or
equivalent course in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations /
Psychology (OR) Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with
specialization in HR / Personnel Management.
Officer - Safety -> Regular Four year full time Bachelor Degree in
Engineering / Technology branch & Degree / Diploma in Industrial
Safety recognized by the State Government of Goa/ Andhra Pradesh/
Karnataka/ Uttar Pradesh for appointment of Safety Officers under
Factory rules of respective State Govts. Note - Possess adequate
knowledge of local language of the respective state.
Officer - Information Systems -> Full time four year B.E./ B.Tech.
in the discipline of Electronics/ Telecommunications / Electronics
& Telecommunications/ Computer Science / Information Technology (OR)
Three years full time course in Masters in Computer Applications (MCA)/
Masters in Computer Science (MCS) (OR) Two years full time course in
Masters in Business Administrations (MBA)/ Masters in Management
Studies (MMS) with Information Technology or Systems or Computer Science
as specialization.
Officer - Legal -> Three years full time course in law after graduation. (OR) Five years course in law after 12th standard.
Selection Process: The multiple stage process
may comprise of various shortlisting tools like Written Test,
